We're looking for a passionate and energetic Sales Agent to join our growing team.


Direct Sales

  • Provide information to client and to achieve direct sales
  • Conduct business in a manner which represents Boston Realty and the Project in the best light possible
  • Always be honest and transparent in regard to all clients’ dealings. Achieve 50 direct sales per annum

Agency Management

  • One point contact for Agents with Boston
  • Maintain existing account relationships via face to face and telephone interactions
  • Research and find new channel Agents within key geographical areas
  • Following up with agents for deposits and any documentation for sales through the agents
  • Build new relationships with Real Estate Agents and Agency groups
  • Create and conduct Agency briefings on all the new developments and stages
  • Update all Agents with current stock availability
  • Attend network meetings, events and functions

Agency Administration

  • Maintain and update real estate agency profiles in database
  • Enter in all agency sales information in database
  • Provide written feedback on events and sales presentations
  • Compile weekly sales report for management

Support & Training

  • Understand the project and selling points better than any external agent
  • Provide ongoing sales support for the duration of the project
  • Share ideas, information and sales points with sales team
  • Engage with research team to prepare training and presentation materials

Contract Administration

  • Convert reservations to new contracts
  • Ensure system data integrity
  • Liaise with purchasers and vendors solicitors when necessary to assist to contract process
  • Track each contract through the sales process
  • Manage various stakeholders to ensure efficient exchange of contracts
  • Ensure colour schemes, variations and other contract conditions are communicated effectively and delivered
  • Ensure purchaser details are kept up to date


  • Update information on all leads in the system immediately
  • Provide reports on the status of all leads
